The product must be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping is not covered by Splash Wall Art. Undeliverable orders returned will be refunded less shipping.  Shipping Policy:

In order to minimize shipping costs and still provide tracking support we ship by Expedited Canada Post to Canada and the United States. Our shipping costs are a flat rate of $10.25 USD to Canada and $13.50 USD to the United States. Please allow 1-7 business days in Canada and 6 - 20 business days in the U.S. for your order to be delivered. Splash Wall Art is not responsible for any customs fees.

Free shipping available for orders that total $60 or more pretax in Canadian or U.S dollars (limited time offer). 

We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the United States. Splash Wall Art is not responsible for delays in delivery once order has been shipped. Please note for our U.S. customers that we have no control over the length of time it takes US customs to process packages.

 Cancellation Policy:

Standard orders may be cancelled only prior to order being shipped and if request is received the same day as the order is placed. As most orders are shipped within 24 hrs cancellation requests after the day of order placement may only be authorized at the discretion of Splash Wall Art. Custom orders of any kind may not be cancelled.
